KACPER SCHIFFERS, Poland
Schiffers has been a goldsmith and jewelry designer for over 15 years. His interest in this craft and jewelry design came about during family gatherings, during which he learned about the famous pre-war Plater factory in Warsaw, which was owned by his great-grandfather, Andrzej Boleslaw Schiffers. He has won awards at the Legnica Jewelry Festival, the “image and form” contest in St. Petersburg, Russia, as well as “Chromie” in Birmingham, UK. His work has been on display at the District Museum in Konin and the Musuem of Contemporary Art in Łódź.
