Artist Statement: My pieces represent relationships, I resort to the repetition of pairs of elements as an expression of the encounter of each one with its others, similar and different. I am interested in working with the form as a suggestion of the corporal that is put into play there, and with the idea of how the body is shaped by binary discourse, with its principles of inclusion and exclusion, also present in the bonds and identities.
