Q: What is permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is a custom bracelet, anklet, or necklace sized just for you and welded together. Because the jewelry has no clasp, it is permanent! It’s not something you take on and off when you go to bed or shower, but it can be removed with scissors if need be.
Q: What bracelet options do you have?
At the moment we have a variety of silver, gold fill, and 14k gold options. See the images on the product listing or contact us for details!
Q: Do you take walk ins?
Appointments are the best way to ensure that we have the jewelry materials in stock that you prefer, and will get you in and out in a timely manner. We do take walk-ins, but we ask that you call first to make sure that we have the ability to accommodate you at that time. In some instances, we may not have any of our jewelers available.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is totally acceptable! You’re able to reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit at any point before 24 hours prior to your appointment. Unfortunately, if you don’t reschedule before 24 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable. Failure to appear for your appointment without giving any notice, your deposit will also become non-refundable.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
Give us a call at (312) 929 - 6575. Cancellations must be made before 24 hours prior to the appointment. There is a 5% cancellation fee. You will be refunded the remaining 95% of your deposit.
Q: I don’t see any appointments available for the time I want. What do I do?
If there are no appointments available at the time you want, it either means that someone else has already booked that slot or our welders are unavailable. You’re always welcome to call with questions regarding appointments but no appointment slot is guaranteed
Q: What is a deposit?
A deposit ensures commitment for both parties. We ask for $40+ at time of booking which will go towards the final price of the jewelry (ie - if the jewelry you choose is $150, you will pay $40 when you book online and $110 in-store and prior to the jewelry being installed) Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your appointment with more than 24hrs notice. We take deposits at $40 for every 30 minutes. Depending on how many people are in your group, the appointment time and cost are adjusted automatically! (ie - an appointment for one person will take 30 minutes and is a $40 deposit, while an appointment for 4 people will take 1 hr and is an $80 deposit.)
Q: What if I want it removed?
Scissors, wire cutters, or pliers are all capable of cutting your jewelry.
Q: What if something happens?
We ask that you notify us and reach out with any concerns or questions you may have. We’re a friendly bunch and want you to feel happy with the jewelry you chose!
Q: What if it breaks?
Notify us as soon as the breakage happens and how it happened. We cover repairs that are needed by the closure that we added and because of a welder issue, the repair is free. A small fee of $15 is required for all other repairs or misuse. If the bracelet has broken in too many places or has become stretched because of improper use, a larger fee will be owed. Bracelets put on by other establishments require a $30 fee for repair. For solid gold bracelets, a fee will need to be estimated by our gallery director.
Q: How old do you have to be to get one?
Right now, we do not put permanent bracelets on any person under the age of 14. We ask that people aged 14-18 come with a legal guardian.
Q: What if a group of my friends all wants one at once?
We will happily accommodate a group! Please select how many people are receiving bracelets from the dropdown menu on the product listing. We ask that for groups of over 5 people, you contact us first to confirm availability.
Q: Will this affect me going through airport security?
Fine jewelry such as the chains we use in the jewelry will not need to be taken off when going through TSA
Q: I got a piece from another place and it broke, will you fix it?
Definitely! Just contact us and include photos and the original material price and we’ll see what we can do. Depending on the chain, we may or may not have the material capability to repair other shops’ jewelry but we’ll try our best! A small fee will be owed of $30
Q: Will you add charms to a bracelet I got at another place?
Of course! We ask that you contact us and send photos and materials of the jewelry you currently have so we can make sure that the pieces will be cohesive.

Pistachios Gallery LLC™ Permanent Jewelry Waiver and Release of Liability
IN CONSIDERATION OF the risk of injury that can occur while participating in Pistachios Gallery LLC™ PERMANENT Jewelry services (hereinafter the "Activity"); and IN CONSIDERATION OF my desire to participate in said Activity and being given the right to participate in same;
I HEREBY, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives (hereinafter collectively, "Releasor", "I" or "me", which terms shall also include Releasor's parents or guardian if Releasor is under 18 years of age), knowingly and voluntarily enter into this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in the Activity; and
I HEREBY release and forever discharge PISTACHIOS GALLERY LLC their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns (collectively "Pistachios Gallery LLC"), from any physical or psychological injury that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the aforementioned Activity.
I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE AFOREMENTIONED ACTIVITY AND I AM PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: PHYSICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, VISION IMPAIRMENT OR EMOTIONAL LOSS. I ASSUME ALL RELATED RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN TO ME, OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACTIVITY.
I FURTHER AGREE to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pistachios Gallery LLC against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs.
I confirm that I have made employees of Pistachios GALLERY LLC aware of any allergies I may have that may affect my permanent jewelry wear.
I understand not to look directly at the "spark" during the welding process. Doing so could severely affect my eyesight. I understand that any sudden movement could cause the welder to scratch or burn my skin. I acknowledge that I must sit still and not look directly at my permanent jewelry as it is being welded.
I confirm that I am age 18 or older and am able to legally consent to participate in the Original Hardware Connected Permanent Jewelry Service.
I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE that Releasees are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf of Releasees.
I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS "WAIVER AND RELEASE" AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE PISTACHIOS GALLERY LLC AND ALL ITS AFFILIATES (MENTIONED ABOVE) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND I AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST PISTACHIOS GALLERY LLC FOR PERSONAL INJURY.
