About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, reliable individual to join our fast-paced, ambitious team. Responsibilities include the following: general gallery maintenance/upkeep, answering phones, inventory management, updating the website and social media outlets, displaying and cleaning jewelry, among other daily tasks.

Your day to day will mostly consist of catering to clientele, being an active sales person, and working on various long-term projects such as website updating, gallery/inventory rearrangement, and customer relations.

Our ideal candidate is someone with sales experience, who knows how to mirror the customer to best match them with our products. Someone with additional Adobe, social media, and photography experience is a plus. Knowledge of luxury goods, design, and art jewelry are also bonuses. 

About the Position:

We are looking to hire an associate to work 5-7 days in a two week time period. Hourly wage is based on qualifications. There is room to grow in this position!

Qualifications:

-2+ years relevant sales and customer service experience (luxury/high-end goods a plus, knowledge of jewelry/metals/gemstones a plus)
-excellent communication skills
-ability to work both independently and collaboratively
-professional writing and verbal skills
-clean and organized
- strong attention to detail
-appreciation of handcrafted goods, artist-made products, and small businesses
-proficient computer skills (Adobe, Mailchimp, Shopify, Instagram, and Later a plus)
-social media coordination a plus
-must be able to stand for long periods of time
-clean and professional attire
